File a lawsuit against Twitter in the 'Posco Law' section ...!

A labor war between the Twitter company and the United States government is on. The government's new IT policies, the suspension of Information Minister Ravi Shankar Prasad's Twitter page and the map issue of India caused a great stir.

In this case, the National Commission for the Protection of the Child filed a complaint yesterday (June 29) alleging that child pornography had been uploaded on Twitter. 

The Delhi Police has filed a case against Twitter India and Twitter Communication India Pvt Ltd under the 'Posco Act' and the Information Technology Act.

The lawsuit was filed on the basis of Twitter pages submitted by the Children's Commission and images posted on Twitter.

In this case, the Twitter company will never accept sexual violence against girls and will take action to remove pornographic images of girls from Twitter, the company said.
