In Tamil Nadu, 4,506 people have been diagnosed with corona in the last 24 hours.

Following this, the total number of victims in Tamil Nadu has increased to 24,79,696.

The maximum number of corona infections was 514 in Coimbatore, 420 in Erode, 295 in Salem, 270 in Tiruppur and 257 in Chennai.

In the last 24 hours, 113 people have died after being treated for corona. Following this, the total death toll rose to 32,619.

A further 5,537 have recovered and returned home. So far a total of 24,08,886 people have recovered from the infection. There are currently 38,191 people being treated at the hospital.

Today, 1,60,776 people were tested for corona in a single day.
