The number of people worldwide affected by the world-threatening corona epidemic has crossed 18.97 crore. The death toll has risen to 40,83,139.
The second wave of corona infection is having a major impact in most countries of the world. As a result, the number of coronary infections and deaths worldwide is increasing day by day and vaccination is in full swing. While countries including India and Brazil have been hit by the second wave of corona, most countries are now slowly recovering from the infection. Vaccination activities have been intensified in all countries to prevent the spread of the disease.
In this context, the World Health Organization (WHO) has warned that the world is beginning to experience an early stage of the third wave of corona in the context of increasing delta-type corona exposure.
With the increase in vaccination programs in Europe and North America, the number of corona cases and deaths has been declining over the past few months, but reports suggest that corona infections and deaths have begun to rise again. After 10 weeks, the lesion begins to increase again.
This is attributed to the proliferation of delta-type corona, loosening of general freeze controls, and inconsistent public health measures. The delta type corona is now widespread in more than 111 countries. It is expected that this type of corona will soon dominate the world.
In such an environment, the International Emergency Response Team for Corona should take note of the staggering disparities in the global vaccine supply and the use of life-saving drugs. This imbalance has created two types of threat. That is, countries with high use of the vaccine are the first type of threat to fully deregulate and allow economic activity. Second, the threat faced by countries without adequate availability of the corona vaccine. It has been reported that no vaccine is yet available in many countries.
In this situation, the recurrence of the infection for two days has caused fear among the people.
As of now, there are 18,97,36,093 war victims worldwide. 40,83,139 people were killed. At the same time 17,31,48,004 people have recovered from the infection. At present, 1,25,04,950 people are receiving ongoing treatment. The condition of 79,335 of them is worrying.
The number of corona victims in India stands at 3,10,25,875 while the death toll stands at 4,12,563. 3,01,76,306 people have recovered from the infection.
The United States continues to have the highest number of corona infections and deaths. The death toll in the country stands at 34,887,155, compared to 624,214. 2,93,41,913 people have recovered from the infection.
Similarly, the incidence and the number of deaths have increased in countries including Brazil, India, France, Russia, Turkey, England, Argentina, Colombia, Spain and Italy.
