Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Thursday met President Ramnath Govinda and held consultations.
With the monsoon session of parliament set to begin on July 19 (Monday), the prime minister is reported to have met with the president and engaged in key consultations.
During the meeting, the opposition will raise questions about vaccine shortages, rising petrol prices and border issues.
The parliamentary monsoon session begins in the third week of July and ends in August before Independence Day. Similarly, the meeting begins this year as well. It is planned to hold 20 moons in this series of meetings. The meeting will end on August 13.
