In Tamil Nadu, 4,230 people have been diagnosed with corona in the last 24 hours.

Following this, the total number of victims in Tamil Nadu has increased to 24,88,407.

The maximum number of corona infections was 486 in Coimbatore, 395 in Erode, 268 in Salem, 243 in Tiruppur and 238 in Chennai.

In the last 24 hours, 97 people have died after being treated for corona. Following this, the total death toll rose to 32,818.

A further 4,952 have recovered and returned home. So far a total of 24,18,882 people have recovered from the infection. There are currently 36,707 people being treated at the hospital.

Today, 1,59,159 people were tested for corona in a single day.
