Police should treat people with humanity .... Law and order DGP Sylendra Babu speech ...!

Law and Order DGP of the Tamil Nadu Police Sylendra Babu has said that the police should treat the people with humanity. He assured that law and order would be given prominence and action would be taken within 30 days on petitions submitted by the public to the Chief Minister.

Silenthira Babu has been appointed as the 30th Law and Order DGP of the Tamil Nadu Police.

Tripathi congratulated the new DGP Sylendra Babu for handing over the responsibilities. Following the end of Tripathi's tenure, he was traditionally sent on his way.

Speaking to reporters after taking office, DGP Sylendra Babu said action should be taken to prevent crimes in Tamil Nadu.

He continued, "I am in charge of the Tamil Nadu Police. He thanked the Prime Minister for giving him this rare opportunity. Emphasis will be given to law and order in Tamil Nadu. He assured the Chief Minister that action would be taken on the petitions submitted by the public within 30 days. He also advised the people that the police should behave in a humane manner.
