Lightning strikes .... 26 killed in that state .... 5 killed in Tamil Nadu ....!

 

Five persons were killed in a lightning strike in Virudhunagar, Sivagangai and Ramanathapuram districts.

The southwest monsoon has started raining in many parts of Kerala and some parts of Tamil Nadu. Moderate rain is expected at one or two places in Tamil Nadu and Pondicherry from June 10 to 12.

Following this, the Meteorological Department said that there is a possibility of rain in Tamil Nadu in the next 24 hours due to global warming. Meanwhile, heavy rain with thunder and lightning lashed various districts of Tamil Nadu.

Five persons were killed in a lightning strike in Virudhunagar, Sivagangai and Ramanathapuram districts.

Earlier, a lightning strike in West Bengal killed at least 26 people in a single day.
