'It is not right to give new election symbols to parties in every election'...

The petition was heard yesterday in the session of Chief Justice Sanjeev Banerjee and Justice Senthilkumar Ramamurthy. Attorney K. Sakthivel, demanded that the reply be filed on behalf of the Election Commission and it be allowed to reply. Thereafter the hearing was adjourned for three weeks.
