West Indies win first T20 match against Australia


West Indies won the first T20 match against Australia by 18 runs.

In Friday's match, India won the toss and elected to field. Batting West Indies scored 145 for 6 in 20 overs. Starter Lendl Simmons was out for 27, with Evin Lewis being ducked out.

Chris Gayle (4), Shimran Hedmay (20) and Nicholas Pooran (17) were the next to lose wickets. At the end of the innings, Fabian Allen was unbeaten on 8 and Twain Bravo on 7. Josh Hazlewood 3, Mitchell Mash 2 for Australia.
