The Union Cabinet Expansion and Inauguration Ceremony will be held today at 6 p.m.

This is the second time the BJP government led by Prime Minister Narendra Modi has won the 2019 elections. The Union Cabinet will be reshuffled two years after the formation of the regime.

The ministerial posts are vacant due to the appointment of Ram Vilas Paswan and Suresh Angadi from Bihar and the appointment of Tawarchand Kelad as the Governor of Karnataka.

Thus, Piyush Goyal, Dharmendra Pradhan and Prakash Javadekar are currently holding responsibilities in more than one department in the Union Cabinet.

BJP leaders have visited the Prime Minister's House in Delhi as the Union Cabinet is being expanded.

Senior leaders from Madhya Pradesh, including Jyotiraditya Cynthia and Sarpanch Sona, are said to be in the cabinet.

The cabinet expansion and inauguration ceremony will take place today at 6 p.m. Arrangements are being made in turn.
