Prime Minister Modi today held consultations with state chief ministers on the spread of corona ...!

Prime Minister Narendra Modi will hold consultations with the Chief Ministers of the North Eastern states today on the corona spread.

Corona 2nd wave in the country is slowly declining. The virus, which went up to four lakh last May, has just come under control.

Only 37,154 people in the country have been confirmed infected with the virus in the last 24 hours. However, many researchers warn that the corona 2 wave in the country is not yet fully under control and that the virus is still prevalent in some states.

In this context, Prime Minister Narendra Modi will hold consultations with the Chief Ministers of the North Eastern States today regarding the spread of corona. It has been announced that the consultation meeting will be held today at 11 am via video conferencing.

The meeting will be attended by the Chief Ministers of Assam, Nagaland, Tripura, Sikkim, Manipur, Meghalaya, Arunachal Pradesh and Mizoram.

The positive rate is still high in many districts of the northeastern states, including Manipur and Assam. Last week, Union Home Secretary Ajay Palla inspected the corona situation in the northeastern states.

In addition, the central government has sent special teams to six states, including Arunachal Pradesh, Tripura and Manipur, which are most affected by the corona.
