Lawyers Hon'ble Kumar Bansal and Reebak Kansal have filed a case in the Supreme Court seeking Rs 4 lakh compensation for the victims of the corona. The case is being heard by Justices Ashok Bhushan, MR. The bench comprising Shah inquired.

The Supreme Court judges had also ordered the federal government to respond in this case. In their reply petition, the Central Government did not have sufficient funds to provide Rs 4 lakh each to the families of the victims of the corona. It said the entire funds of the States Disaster Commission would be spent on this compensation.

Solicitor General Tushar Mehta said in his argument that insurance schemes would be the right way to compensate. The judges adjourned the case without setting a date.

In this situation today it is the duty and responsibility of the Central Government to provide compensation to the victims by the Corona; Compensation should be provided to all those killed by the corona; The Supreme Court judges ruled in favor of the federal government that the payment of compensation was not at the discretion of the state but was mandatory by law.

The apex court judges also said in their judgment that the guidelines for compensation to the victims by Corona should be divided within 6 weeks and the amount of compensation should be decided by the National Disaster Management Authority.

Similarly in coronation certificates by Corona the corona should be clearly stated as the cause of death; The judges also ordered that the corona death certificate procedures be simplified.
