The petition filed by Mamata Banerjee in the Kolkata High Court challenging the victory of the BJP independent officer in Suvendu Adhikari constituency is coming up for hearing today.

Mamata Banerjee had filed a petition in the Kolkata High Court challenging the victory of the BJP candidate who contested against her in the Nandigram constituency. In the petition, he said, "In the Nandiram constituency, the Suvendu Adhikari has been successful in carrying out illegal activities, including money laundering and bribery. Section 123 of the Representation of the People Act, 1951 prohibits such activities. In addition, there have been irregularities in the counting of votes in the Nandigram constituency. It should be declared invalid, ”said Mamata Banerjee.

In this context, the petition filed by Mamata Banerjee against the victory of the BJP Suvendu Adhikari in the Nandigram Assembly constituency is coming up for hearing again in the Kolkata High Court today. It is noteworthy that Mamata Banerjee will decide on re-election depending on the outcome of the trial.
