Chief Minister Stalin orders opening of 'clothing shops' and 'jewelery shops' ...

Chief Minister Stalin has ordered the opening of clothing and jewelry stores in 23 districts.

In his statement, he had already announced that the curfew order with relaxations by the Tamil Nadu government would come into effect from tomorrow. Requests and comments received from the public and business organizations in this regard will be considered and the following additional relaxations will be announced.

 In Type 2 : districts, clothing stores and jewelry stores will be allowed to operate without refrigeration with 50 percent of customers from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.

 I urge the public and businesses to use the new relaxations responsibly in accordance with the guidelines issued by the Government. Thus he said.

Category 2 - (23 Districts): Ariyalur, Cuddalore, Dharmapuri, Dindigul, Kallakurichi, Kanyakumari, Krishnagiri, Madurai, Perambalur, Pudukottai, Ramanathapuram, Ranipettai, Sivagangai, Theni, Tenkasi, Tirunelveli, Tirupati, Thiruvannamalai, Thoothukudi, Trichy, Villupuram, Vellore and Virudhunagar districts.
