Chief Minister Chandrasekara Rao party senior leader Eatala Rajender today joined the BJP ....

Eatala Rajender, a former Telangana state minister and senior leader of the Telangana Rashtra Samadhi Party, today joined the BJP.

Eatala Rajender has been participating in the Telangana separate state struggle with Chief Minister Chandrasekara Rao for many years.

 Later, with the formation of the state of Telangana, his role in the DRS party was considered important.

Rajender was twice the first finance minister and second health minister in the ruling Telangana Rashtra Samithi party.

He was charged with land grabbing.

Chief Minister Chandrasekara Rao has ordered a public inquiry into the matter. He was dismissed from the ministry.

 

Thus, the conflict between the Chief and Eatala Rajendran erupted.

Eatala Rajender went to Delhi and met senior BJP executives and Union ministers.

He resigned as his MLA yesterday.

A by-election is to be held for the Huzarabad Assembly constituency where he resigned.

It was in this context that Eatala Rajender joined the BJP.

Itala Rajender joined the BJP in the presence of Union Minister Dharmendra Pradhan at the BJP headquarters in Delhi. Union Minister Kishore Reddy was also present.
