BJP volunteers protest against the opening of a liquor store in Tirupur.


The BJP staged a protest in Tirupur on Sunday against the opening of liquor stores in Tamil Nadu.

Curfew has been imposed in Tamil Nadu to control the spread of corona infection.

In this situation, the government has given permission to operate Tasmac stores from next Monday in the 27 districts which are less infected as per the relaxations announced in the curfew.

BJP volunteers across Tamil Nadu have been protesting against this.

As part of this, a protest was held on behalf of the BJP in the Tirupur North district.

Senthilvel, the northern district chief, led the protest in front of the BJP office in Tirupur.

BJP district general secretary KCMP Srinivasan, district secretary Karthi, Rayuparam constituency chairman Murthy, general secretary Bhupathi and district executive committee member Gopinath were among those present.
