Trichy Bishop Heber College Professor Paul Chandramohan has been arrested on a charge of sexual harassment.

Paul Chandramohan, a professor at Bishop Heber College in Trichy and head of the Tamil Department, has been accused of sexually harassing students.

Professor Paul Chandramohan was sacked following an investigation by the college administration after some students complained to the principal. Another professor is under investigation.

A panel headed by Additional Deputy Commissioner of Police Vanitha further investigated the complaint and submitted a report.

Following this, a case has been registered against Paul Chandramohan in 5 sections on the complaint lodged by the District Social Welfare Officer.

Following this, Srirangam Women's Police arrested Paul Chandramohan this morning.
