Tamil Nadu BJP MLAs travel to Delhi to meet PM...

The Tamil Nadu BJP MLAs left for Delhi to meet the Prime Minister.

After a long hiatus in Tamil Nadu, the BJP won four MLAs in the recent assembly elections. Nainar Nagendran, MR Gandhi, Vanathi Srinivasan and Saraswati, who won on behalf of the BJP, were expected to raise their voices in the assembly against the DMK's policy. At the assembly meeting last month, the governor's speech did not include the word 'Jaihind'. Due to this, the BJP-MLAs remained silent when the leader of the Kongunadu People's National Party, Eeswaran, told the assembly that Tamil Nadu had lost its head.

In this context, the four BJP MLAs left for Delhi yesterday (July 1) to meet the Prime Minister. Today (July 1) at 11 a.m., the Prime Minister is scheduled to meet and greet at his home. Then, in the governor's speech, it was reported that the Prime Minister planned to ask about the issue where the word 'Jaihind' was not included.

Following the news that the Union Cabinet was to be expanded soon. Prime Minister Modi has been in constant consultation with senior Union ministers and party executives over the past few days. In this context, the cabinet will be expanded the next day and new ministers may take office, Delhi political sources said.
