The Suvendu Adhikari meets Prime Minister Narendra Modi in Delhi


West Bengal Opposition Leader and BJP MLA- Suvendu Adhikari met Prime Minister Narendra Modi in Delhi on Wednesday.

Commenting on the meeting, the Suvendu Adhikari said:

"I met Prime Minister Modi and JP Natta and elaborated on the current situation in West Bengal. More than 40 BJP volunteers have been killed in West Bengal. The violence must end there."

More informed sources said:

"After the release of the Assembly election results, the official briefed Prime Minister Modi on the allegations of violence against BJP executives in West Bengal and the prevailing political situation in the state.

The Suvendu Adhikari arrived in Delhi on Monday night. On Tuesday, he met Union Home Minister Amit Shah and various Union ministers and BJP leaders.

Earlier, there were reports of various incidents of violence against BJP volunteers in West Bengal following the release of the Assembly election results. The BJP alleged that various volunteers were killed in the violence. However, the ruling Trinamool Congress has denied the allegations.
