At the G7 summit, Prime Minister Modi said that the 'One Earth, One Health' approach should be adopted to effectively combat corona infection.
The G7 summit, which includes the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, France, Jomani, Italy and Japan, will take place in Cornwall, UK from June 11 to 13.
India, South Africa, Australia and South Korea have been specially invited to attend the conference.
Accepting it, Prime Minister Modi spoke on video at the conference on Saturday:
India has cope with the corona epidemic as a whole community.
India has successfully used digital equipment to detect those in contact with infected people and to administer vaccines.
India will support joint efforts to improve global health management.
There must be global solidarity to prevent future outbreaks of infections.
It has a special responsibility to transparent democratic communities.
The summit should send a message to the entire world that a ‘one earth, one health’ approach must be adopted to effectively combat corona infection.
The World Trade Organization (WTO) has recommended that the World Trade Organization (WTO) suspend patents for corona therapeutic drugs and exempt technologies required to prevent and treat corona spreads from the Trade Intellectual Property Agreement (TRIPS).
He said the G7 countries should support these recommendations.
Prime Minister Modi will also address the conference via video on Sunday.
