Not everyone can be ordered to pay corona compensation .... High Court

The Chennai High Court has said it cannot order compensation for all those killed in the corona epidemic.

The Chief Justice has directed the government to decide on compensation.

The court heard a case regarding compensation for all those killed by Corona,

It is suggested that the schemes implemented by the Central and State Governments should proceed without court intervention.

The court also pointed out that some of the welfare cases regarding government policy decisions are being pursued for publicity.
