The Pondicherry Public Relations Office of the Central Government in association with the Chennai District Integrated Child Development Program today held a video seminar on the need for the Govt-19 vaccine & preparing for the third wave of corona epidemic. The video seminar was attended by about 750 Anganwadi workers, young women and village women.

Former Director of Public Health, Government of Tamil Nadu and a member of the Govt-19 State Working Committee, Kulanthaisamy spoke at the video conference:

Everyone in a pregnant woman's home should be vaccinated. The breastfeeding mother and everyone in her family should be vaccinated. Curfew was the main reason why the first two waves came under control. Vaccination is the only solution to prevent the third wave and keep it under control. '
