Pakistan gives pension to terrorists. The United Nations has called for the country to be held accountable for the damage caused by the promotion of terrorism. India has filed a complaint with the Human Rights Commission.
Heel debate took place at the Human Rights Commission yesterday on the annual report of the UN Human Rights Commissioner. After this Hashmi tried to raise the issue of Kashmir at the feet of the Pakistani representative. Objecting to this, Indian representative Pawan Kumar Pathe said:
Pakistan has been harboring and dealing with people declared international terrorists by the United Nations and brutal extremists. They keep getting pension. The country should be held accountable for the damage caused by promoting terrorism. The suffering caused by terrorism is a violation of human rights. Action should be taken against it.
Forced conversion is a daily occurrence in Pakistan. Every year more than a thousand minority girls are forcibly converted. Incidents of kidnapping and murder of journalists happen frequently. No action will be taken against the culprits. Pakistan raises the Kashmir issue to divert the commission's attention from its human rights violations. Thus said Pawan Kumar Pathe.
