Dismissed bail plea in Balial Rajagopalan's....

 

Rajagopalan, a business teacher at Padma Seshadri School in KK Nagar, Chennai, has been sexually harassing his school-going wives. He has also been known to speak obscenely to students and appear half-dressed in online classes.

The victim was arrested and jailed on the 24th after school children and alumni began to lodge written complaints about the matter. He is being investigated by the police.

In this situation, the Chennai Bokso Special Court has dismissed the bail petition filed on behalf of Rajagopalan.

Rajagopalan, who was remanded in custody till August 8, had filed a petition seeking bail but the petition was dismissed.

Further, Judge Mohammad Barouk said that the petitioner could not be granted bail in the case and that Rajagopalan could not be granted bail as the trial was not yet complete.
