Another 14,016 people in Tamil Nadu are confirmed to be infected with corona today ...!

A further 14,016 people in Tamil Nadu have been diagnosed with corona infection today.

According to a press release issued by the state health department, 1,77,295 samples were tested in the last 24 hours.

Of those, 14,016 were newly diagnosed with corona infection today.

A maximum of 1,895 people have been confirmed infected in Coimbatore, 1,323 in Erode and 935 in Chennai.

The total number of victims has since risen to 23,53,721.

Apart from that, corona has affected all other districts of Tamil Nadu.

Meanwhile, another 25,895 people have returned home from the corona infection.

This brings the total number of survivors so far to 21 lakh 74,247.

According to the Department of Health, there are currently 1 lakh 49,927 people under medical supervision in hospitals and homes.

In Tamil Nadu, another 267 people have been affected by corona.

The death toll from the corona has risen to 29,547 across the state so far.
