Central Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan has announced that the NEET entrance test will be held on September 12 and students who want to write the exam can apply from today.

Schools and colleges in the country have been closed for months due to the impact of the corona and lessons have been conducted online for students.

In this situation, the country was badly affected by the 2nd wave of Corona which started last April. Thus all +2 selections were canceled. Many had demanded that the NEET selection should also be canceled due to the same corona.

In this context, the NEET examination will be held on September 12 and students who want to write the exam can apply from today, said Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan.

He also tweeted that the number of cities where NEET exams will be held has increased from 155 to 198 due to the spread of Corona. He also said that NEET examination will be held in more centers this year than last year.

He also said that corona guidelines including mask and social space will be duly followed at NEET examination venues. Students who want to write the exam can download the application form for the NEET exam from 5 pm today on the NTA website.
