The Madurai-based athlete has been selected for the 400m 'Mixed Series' competition to be held in Tokyo, Japan.

Revathi is from Madurai Sakki Mangalam. 28. Revathi lost her mother and father at an early age and grew up in the care of her younger sister and grandmother. Revathi, who holds a Bachelor's degree from Tok Perumati College, Madurai, has won medals in national and international competitions as a result of the support and intensive training provided by Madurai-based athletics coach Kannan.

In this situation, Revathi has been selected for the 400 meter mixed race at the Olympics to be held in Tokyo, Japan. Revathi is currently undergoing intensive training at a training camp in Patiala. It is noteworthy that Revathi was trained to run barefoot at the ground due to family poverty. The people of Sakkimangalam area are happy that Revathi has now qualified for the Olympics.
