It has been reported that the vaccine, manufactured by Zydus Cadila, will be approved for emergency use in a couple of days.

The nations of the world are making a series of efforts to control the corona epidemic. As part of this, the ZyCoV-D vaccine, manufactured by Zydus Cadila, will be approved for emergency use within a day or two, according to the Drug Administration of India.

It has been reported that an expert panel will meet this week to examine the data for approving the vaccine. However, emergency permission is said to be granted only after certain meetings have been held.

Zydus Cadila has also submitted data on vaccination of children over 12 years of age to the Drug Control Authority of India.
