11 people have been diagnosed with Kappa virus in Rajasthan so far ..!

In Rajasthan, 11 people have so far been diagnosed with the kappa virus, state health minister Raghu Sharma has said.

Four people each in Alwar and Jaipur, two in Barmer and one in Bhilwara have been diagnosed with the kappa-infected corona.

The minister explained that among the extreme viruses that evolved from the corona virus, the kappa virus was slightly less contagious than the delta virus.

According to the study, corona corona viruses that transform into ‘kappa’ and ‘delta’ types have spread in large numbers in the country in the last 2 months.

10 national laboratories in the country jointly conducted a study on the spread of corona infection. According to the study, the prevalence of alpha-corona corona (P1.1.7), the first alpha-detected bacterium in the UK, has been declining in India over the past month and a half. The prevalence of the mutated corona pathogens Kappa (p.1.617.1) and delta (p.1.617.2) found in India increased in April and May.

Kappa and delta type corona pathogens were first spread only in Maharashtra. However, the virus is currently prevalent in West Bengal, Andhra Pradesh, Delhi, Gujarat and Telangana.

As a result, a large number of people became infected with the corona. The report notes that the prevalence of the delta-type mutant corona is high.

In December last year, the Federal Ministry of Health set up a team called 'Insakak', which brings together 10 national laboratories in the country. It is noteworthy that the team continues to be involved in genetic studies of the corona virus.
