Police have seized an 11-page letter written by Ava in connection with the suicide of a research student at IIT Chennai .
Kottapuram police have recovered the body of a youth who was found burnt to death on Thursday night at a hockey ground at the IIT campus in Chennai. The deceased was identified as R.Unnikrishnan, 24, of Ernakulam, Kerala, who was a research student in the field of electrical engineering and a project honorary lecturer at IIT Chennai.
It was revealed that Raghu, the father of the student, is an ISRO scientist and Unnikrishnan, a B.Tech graduate from Ernakulam, went to IIT Chennai for research. It was revealed that Unnikrishnan belonged to IIT two months ago and was staying with his friends in a rented house in Velachery for this purpose.

It is said that Unnikrishnan was separated from his parents and living alone in Chennai and was in a state of depression as the lessons he was studying were difficult. Under the circumstances, Unnikrishnan went to the room where he was staying and was checked by the police on Friday. At the time, Ava had seized an 11-page letter she had written in English. The police said in the letter that he had written that he could not stay here alone with his parents and study, that the subject of the study was difficult and that he could not achieve it, and that no one was responsible for his suicide.
The police investigation has revealed that Unnikrishnan came to the spot with a petrol bottle and poured petrol on his body and set it on fire.
