A special call center has been opened at the office of the Commissioner of Hindu Religious Affairs for the convenience of the public and devotees. Minister Sekarbabu started.

Press release issued by the Government of Tamil Nadu today:

'Minister of Hindu Religious Affairs Sekarbabu today inaugurated a special call center for the convenience of the public and devotees at the office of the Commissioner of Hindu Temples, Chennai.

The service is open to the public and devotees on office working days from 10 am to 6 pm on 04428339999. The details of the request received at the Public Grievance Special Center will be recorded and sent to the concerned officers.

Approval for receipt of the request will be sent to the applicant immediately. Further, steps have been taken to inform the concerned persons of the details of the claim action within 15 days'. Said the Minister.

The event was attended by Principal Secretary, Department of Tourism, Culture and Museums, Chandramohan, Commissioner, Department of Hindu Religious Affairs, Kumaraguruparan, Additional Commissioner (Administration), Kannan, Additional Commissioner (Inquiry) and officials.

The government said in a statement.
