Athletic Coach Nagarajan, who was arrested for sexual harassment and imprisoned in Pulhal, has been charged with 'thuggery law'. Chennai Police Commissioner Sankar Jival has said that action has been taken against Nagarajan as 6 complaints have been lodged against him.
