Call it Tamilagam without calling it Tamilnadu... Edappadiyar ...

For the past few days, political party leaders from Tamilagam have been calling the central government a union government. Similarly, there is great excitement  they are not called Tamilagam but Tamil Nadu

Political leaders have argued that India is a union government and therefore it is more appropriate to say a union government. Responding to a question on the issue, former Chief Minister Edappadi Palanichamy said they should call it the Central Government and not the Union Government.

He recalled that the so-called United States government now called the federal government when it was in power.

It is noteworthy that many, including DMK leader and Tamil Nadu chief minister Mukha Stalin, have called the central government a union government. It is noteworthy that both former Chief Minister Edappadi Palanichamy has been expressing support and opposition to this view.
