The U.S. Department of Pediatrics estimates that 40 million children in the United States have been infected with coronavirus so far.

According to registered accounts, 40.9 lakh children have been diagnosed with coronavirus and the number of newly confirmed coronavirus infections has increased to an all-time high over the past weekend.

In the United States, 14.2 percent of those infected are children and 23,500 children are diagnosed between July 1 and 15.
