Foreigners can reapply for H-1B visas rejected in the United States .....

The United States has said foreigners can re-apply for their rejected H-1B visa.

H-1B visas are issued to employ foreign professionals in US companies. A statement from the U.S. Department of Citizenship and Immigration Services states that the electronic H-1B visa application system was introduced in 2020.

Due to Corona, applications for the current year have not been received in sufficient numbers. So in August 2020, additional applications that were in stock were selected. Their registration period ends on November 16, 2020. However, applications for visas applied for at the beginning of the registration period and after Oct. 1 were administratively rejected.

In this situation, it has been decided to reconsider these applications. So those who applied last year and were denied an H-1B visa are given the opportunity to re-apply. Thus it is stated.

There is a severe shortage of professionals in the US information technology sector. Due to this, discounted H-1B visa applications are being reconsidered.
